Club Nintendo Offers More Free Games
January 11, 2012
Last month the Club Nintendo loyalty program began offering free Wii, DSi, and 3DS downloadable titles for the cost of a few of the program's coins, and now that the expiration date of the initial offering of titles has expired, the club has four more games available for a mere 100-150 coins. Check out the January offerings, and it must be medical month because the doctor is in:
- Dr. Mario Online Rx (Wii)
- Dr. Mario Express (3DS)
- The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (Wii)
- Kirby's Dream Land (3DS)
These are all worthwhile choices, although I think that Zelda and Kirby may be the best options (not to dis Dr. Mario, of course). I think that offering games via the club is a fantastic idea and I'm glad to see Nintendo move forward with it. I picked up Mario vs Donkey Kong: Minis March Again a few weeks ago and have been enjoying it, but I know I'd have never paid actual money for it. I think I may sit this month's choices out (I have all that I need from these four selections), but I'm eagerly awaiting the February titles!
