Something that I love about the Brawl in the Family webcomic based on the characters of Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. Brawl is the way that the simple line drawings manage to convey such emotion and expression without using any dialog.  Consider the special Valentine's Day installment, "Table Etiquette", in which Kirby invites Jigglypuff to a romantic dinner.  Kirby's usual method of ingestion that is his bottomless stomach of a vacuum is inappropriate for such an affair, so he studies up on his table manners.  Then at the restaurant, the endless array of silverware confuses him, leading him to produce a spatula with which to eat.  That leads to... well, you'll have to read the entire comic to see how it all turns out.  It's a darling encounter and another outstanding entry in the long-running series.
