I wonder how well the game plays with only three buttons? Naturally, the more mundane and realistic explanation is that Geckoyamori has been rearranging the Super Metroid soundtrack to sound like a Genesis title. Considering that the Super NES and Genesis each contain very different sound hardware, it's interesting to hear what happens when music for one console is transplanted to another.
