If yesterday's adorable artwork of the new versions of the classic Boy character with his faithful friend Blob updated for starring roles on the Nintendo Wii didn't melt your heart and convince you that this new game remembers and respects the original Nintendo Entertainment System version, take a look at this old screenshot of the original game set against a new screenshot of A Boy and His Blob that reveals a recreation of the NES game's starting point.
