Is it really time for another new season of Adult Swim's Robot Chicken already?  The show that has brought us so many memorable video game parodies is back with a new episode tonight that features an appearance by PaRappa the Rappa.  It seems poor PaRappa is in over his head with some legal problems.  Hauled before the judge, he has only one hope to avoid a lengthy prison sentence.  Let's watch.
