Perhaps you're still curious about Dead Space, the dismemberment horror adventure from Electronic Arts for the Sony PlayStation 3, Microsoft Xbox 360, and PC that emerged into the world as an instant franchise back in October.  As you may recall, in addition to the actual Dead Space adventure there is a prequel movie that sets the stage for the game that went direct to DVD and Blu-ray disc as well as certain Pay Per View and OnDemand channels on North American premium cable television.  Basically, if you wanted to take in Dead Space: Downfall, you had to cough up a few extra dollars.  That all changes here in the United States when the basic cable Sci-Fi Channel airs the film at 11:00 PM ET this evening, Tuesday, December 2, 2008.  Is the movie worth watching?  I have no idea.  Let's all set our DVRs and find out.
