You can always tell that it's a slow news day in the gaming industry when a picture of a power supply brick registers as major news.  AMN has the (supposedly first) photo of the Nintendo Wii's power brick.  Surely this elusive accessory will herald a new era in power supply technology.  Early word from top confidential industry sources hint that this power supply can be connected to both the Wii and your standard home electrical outlet to provide power to the console.  Speculation is that the brick also contains a slot to dispense tasty candy, although that is just a rumor for now.  Expect the power brick to ship alongside the Wii later this year.  No pack-in games with the brick are expected at this time, unfortunately.
