UPDATE: Typepad has been able to recover the missing comments and I've restored them to the entry.  Maybe Typepad should get a mushroom after all.

Press The Buttons's host, Typepad, suffered from a database issue yesterday and as a result any comments left on PTB yesterday were lost.  I'm working on trying to have them restored, but in the meantime I'd like to apologize to those of you who left insightful comments that have been seemingly wiped.  There were some great thoughts about Sega's downfall that I hate to see go.  For now it seems that everything is back in working order, so any new comments should remain intact.
