JoWood and Perception were in court last week in an attempt to hash out the conflict regarding who owns what in the world of Stargate.  The first round victory goes to JoWood, as the court ruled that the publisher is not bankrupt and that Perception is at fault for the delay of the game.  Perception will undoubtedly appeal the ruling, so the battle isn't over yet.  The next step is for Perception to figure out the Abydos point of origin so the team can dial the address for Earth and go home.  Colonel O'Neill thinks I'm a geek, I don't know how to get us back, I'll never get paid.
