Most of you will not miss G4 once it changes from a video game news and content channel into whatever it's becoming next. I wish I could say that I'll miss it, but I barely ever watch it anymore as it devolved into a pandering mess that really wanted to be the next Spike TV but just could make it happen (not that Spike is a high bar for which to aim). I've mentioned my sadness at seeing quality shows like Icons / Game Makers tossed to the curb before, but I've long since dealt with the loss of G4 programming that I truly enjoyed. Like many, I suspect, I moved on a long time ago. Best of luck in your next incarnation, G4. Hopefully you'll get it right.
Moving on, last week the collector markets for games such as Tatsunoko vs Capcom and Too Human received a nice jolt as news came that both titles (among several others) were going out of print for licensing or legal reasons. Many suspect that these games will be worth quite a lot of money in the future because of the rarity and are buying up copies as investments. Have you ever bought a video game to solely for its potential future value? Let's hear about it.
