Diddy Kong's first solo adventure is the beloved favorite of the Donkey Kong Country trilogy of the majority, but what's the deal with Donkey Kong Country 3 only scoring a single admirer? Granted that it didn't bring much to the table in terms of new gameplay and it released opposite 1996's Super Mario 64 juggernaut campaign (basically sending it to the market to die via poor timing), but it's a solid adventure that is a step above the first Donkey Kong Country. Don't overlook it (even thirteen years later).
Looking ahead, Electronic Arts has been rumbling lately about the upcoming Mirror's Edge 2. As I noted last week, I'm open to playing a sequel provided a few improvements are made to the base formula. How about you? Are you interested in a sequel to last year's parkour title? Do you want to see more of protagonist runner Faith? Let's hear your thoughts.
