Here's a thank you to Capcom for continuing to support last year's Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix for the Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 even now that Street Fighter IV has "taken over" the Ryu versus Ken circuit. The company has detailed plans to patch a number of little bugs and glitches in the game at some point in the near future. Kombo has the details which you are welcome to check out, but they're mostly little technical fixes not worth listing here (Capcom is not ready to try and tackle any of the alleged character balance issues, but personally I think they should re-evaluate the characters' abilities and tack a Champion Edition on to the already mouth-fillingly long title). Frankly, I've never had a problem with HD Remix crashing or acting strangely, but I haven't logged as many hours with it has most Street Fighter fans. I'd imagine that even with Street Fighter IV now with us, HD Remix is still getting plenty of action. One of my co-worker friends stated his intention to delete HD Remix from his PS3 hard drive now that he has IV since he "wouldn't need it anymore", but I plan to do no such thing. I didn't stop playing Super Mario Bros. 3 just because Super Mario World became available, so why would I back away from HD Remix when the mood for a little drawn-art brawling could strike at any time?
