Introducing Silver The Hedgehog
A new Sonic the Hedgehog game, you say? Why, that must mean it's time to introduce a new character to the Sonic world. In the next generation title Sonic the Hedgehog for Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation 3 the newcomer is Silver the Hedgehog, a mysterious time traveler from the future who has come back in time to stop Sonic from doing something major that the Sega representative wasn't willing to explain at this time.
I'm one of the biggest critics regarding the addition of new Sonic characters, I actually like Silver's gameplay. He's slower than Sonic and can move objects with his mind. In the demo level I played at E3 Silver was able to levitate crates and cars and then heave them at enemy robots and battle mechs. It's even possible to pluck bullets right out of the air and launch them back at the badniks. I walked away very impressed and while the overall game is still rough around the edges, there's some great potential here. Want to see more? i think that shadow is the best new character introduced in the sonic the hedgehog series. i'm praying that silver will not get a lot of fans so he won't get more popular then shadow the hedgehog.
I am immpresed with silvers powers and appearence. but i still don't like him. shadow is the ultimate not silver.

I absolutly LOVE all the 3D sonic games, even this one. But when I saw Silver's appearence the first time I thought he was like shadow, a "wanderer". But when I saw him in action and the plot behind his story, I didn't know what to do. On one hand he looks cool and is the first character to move things with their mind. On the other he is definetly slower than Sonic and the only time you can use his powers to his fullextent is when he's on a light-green symble, and when you find these symbles you can only do a CERTAIN power on them. So I like & don't like Silver The Hedgehog!

I am an owner of every single Sonic Game ever created and this game looks absolutely AWESOME! I saw the E3 06 Trailer and Silver the Hedgehog looks so cool! Not better than Sonic and Shadow but still does the job! Also luvin the new powers he has, being able 2 pick stuff up with his mind. I got a feeling this game is gonna be a great start to Sonic games on Xbox 360 and PS3 and can't wait to add it to my collection! and remember, NO HEDGEHOG IS BETTER THAN SONIC THE HEDGEHOG!
P.S. Is it jus me or does Dr.Eggman seemed to have lost a few pounds in the trailer?

I would also love if once you have all 7 Chaos Emeralds and have a certain amount of rings, you can turn Super Sonic/Hyper Shadow (not sure about Silver) through the whole Zone like the Sonic 1, 2 and 3 on the Megadrive, Not like Sonic Adventure 1, 2 (Battle) and Sonic Advance 1, 2 and 3 where you can only play as Super Sonic/Hyper Shadow at the Final Stage. I would really like that. and remember, NO HEDGEHOG IS BETTER THAN SONIC THE HEDGEHOG!™
P.S. I'd love to see what Super/Hyper Silver the Hedgehog will look like! :)

He's alright I guess, cooler than Sonic but they should really think about making a better Shadow game that's isn't so half-assed because let's face it Shadow is the best thing that happend to the franchise. CHAOS CONTROL!

Silver looks cool. Shadow is the best, but it will be fun to use Silver's powers to throw cars. That "hover" jump ability looks cool too. And SonicFan, there is no Hyper Shadow, it's Super Shadow. The only game that had any Hyper characters in it is Sonic 3 and Knuckles. Sorry to be a nitpicker but it really bugs me when people call him Hyper Shadow XD.

I really really agree with Sonic fan and u people who think shadow is the best well thats stupid i like shadow and all but he died and we all saw it they should have kept it like that because now im really confused with wats happenin to him wen shadow died i was shocked but that game would have been way better if they just kept shadow dead

In actuality shadow was clearly warped to somewhere. to where I dont know, but he did get warped. to make it appear as a death makes the return all the better and all the shocking, but i will say that i dont agree with the way his return was just spontanious like that. And what ever happen to sonic's siblings sonia and manic from the Sonic Underground series

The only way I'll possibly hate Silver is if they make him obnixous or make a game souly for him. He could appear in the next games, but not all of them.

i think dat silver is tight but not better than sonic or shadow however if he can throw sonic around with his mind then he is a major threat to sonic and shadow but he'll never be able to catch sonic

I know every thing about Sonic and I knew about Silver way before anyone and Silver could beat Sonic or Shadow or he might end up in a tie but Silver is just like the other hedgehogs so he can actually turn super and he has amazing psycic powers and time powers and his looks are cool to and the time I found out about Silver is when the Sonic magazenes were releast.

i think silver should have a different name because hes silver. COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats kind of like calling sonic blue or knuckles red or tails yellow
